Calendar views and navigation

We offer a number of customizations for your Calendar screen, so you can view your schedule the way you want to.

Views

Switching/customizing views

You can change how you see your calendar events by choosing between different four views. By default, the views are set to Day, 4 days, Week, and Month.

When your calendar window is set to full width, the views will be displayed as four buttons at the top of your calendar. You can further customize these views by clicking the current view button, and selecting the desired number of days/weeks from the dropdown menu.

If your calendar view is set to a more narrow width, the name of your current view will be shown in a button on the top right side of your calendar. You can change your view by clicking the button and selecting a new view, or the desired number of days/weeks, from the menu. If you have keyboard shortcuts enabled, you can quickly open this menu by pressing the v key.

Search your calendar

You can search for events in your calendar by clicking the Search Calendar box at the top of the screen, or pressing the / key if you have keyboard shortcuts enabled. Your agenda will automatically open on the right side of the screen, and as you type what you're looking for, matching calendar events will appear.

For more information, please see our Calendar search help page.

Pinch to zoom

On mobile devices and desktop devices that have a touchpad or touchscreen, you can pinch to zoom in and out of your calendar.

While viewing your calendar in a day or week view, place two fingers on the screen in a pinch motion to zoom in or out on the calendar.

Show and hide calendars

You can choose which calendars are shown by going to your Calendar screen and selecting the checkbox next to the desired calendar. If you don't want to see a particular calendar, you can deselect the checkbox to hide it. You will still receive notifications for events, even if the calendar is hidden.

You can quickly show or hide all calendars by clicking the three dots next to Calendars, then selecting Show all or Hide all.

Help! All of my calendars have disappeared!

If all of your calendars are hidden, this can make it look like all of your calendar events have disappeared. Check your Calendar screen to make sure your calendars are selected.
