Android users can troubleshoot most issues with Fastmail's mobile app by clearing your data and reinstalling the app.
After making sure your password is correct, please clear the cache and data stored by the Fastmail App on your device. The steps will vary from device to device, and should be something like this:
- Go to your phone's Settings, and tap on Apps (or App Management).
- Select the Fastmail App.
- Now select Storage/Data.
- Choose Clear Data if available, or Clear Cache. If you see both of these options, please clear both.
If you continue to have problems and you’ve already cleared the app data/cache, please uninstall the Fastmail app, restart your device, and download the Fastmail app again.
